V.A.T., taxes, duties and shipping costs are not included in the prices and they are always at customer’s charge.
Terms and conditions
All orders will be processed within 24 hours of the following business day from Monday to Friday, except from unavailable items or corporate business closure. Goods travel at the buyer’s risk. Failure to send the goods, for any reason, does not entail any liability for Carnet.
Complaints, returns and exchanges
Fabrics must be checked before cutting, keeping in mind a tolerance for slight differences of color, weight, height and an increased tolerance for specific fabrics (cotton, linen, silk, gabardine, camel, cashmire, etc.).
Potential defects must be communicated to us within 10 days from receiving the goods. Returns, if authorized, must be shipped back at customer’s expense and, if accepted, will give the customer right to receive an exchange or full refund.
Returns are conditional upon receipt of shipping information, such as invoice number or order number and related date.
Returns must be sent to Carnet Division Ratti S.p.A. Società Benefit, via Madonna 30, 22070 Guanzate (CO) – Italy.
We do not accept returns of fabrics that have been treated, processed and/or cut. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Como.
